Illinois Senator Barack Obama addressed more than 500 supporters at Pere Marquette Park Tuesday morning.  The senator attended a Democratic Party rally to show support for Governor Jim Doyle, Senator Herb Kohl, Congresswoman Gwen Moore, and Attorney General candidate Kathleen Falk. 

House Speaker Dennis Hastert says, "Utlimately, the buck stops here." He tells reporters he's taking responsibility for the House page scandal, and that he's asked for a criminal investigation. However, he is not stepping down as House Speaker despite some calls for such a move.
